Attention Of Using Ice Cream Machine

A. The ratio of ice cream powder to water must be standardized. Excess water will cause damage to ice cream machine's mixers and belts, making noise, but too few water will make ice cream unable to form within the setted temperature range.

B. For most of the commercial soft ice cream machines, it is suggestted the  temperature of ice cream mixture when pouring the machine had better be 3-35°C. If the temperature is too low or too high, it would affect the normal use of ice cream machine.

C. The refrigerated remaining ice cream mixture can not pour into ice cream machine to make ice cream directly, it should be used with the new ice cream material.
